David was a wonderful captain who provided us an excellent experience spending time with the stingrays and snorkeling at coral reef. He had so many stories to tell and shared his proud family history of the Cayman Islands! He also made us some delicious conch ceviche and other island favorite appetizers! I would highly recommend this tour!

My family of 4 booked a half day private boat tour with Starliner Dream Tours and it was fabulous. It was only $650 for four hours which I think was pretty reasonable for a private tour. Captain David basically asks you what you want to do with your time We chose Stingray City and Snorkelling at Coral Gardens. Captain David even prepared conch ceviche.

Absolutely fantastic time on the boat with Captain David. Wonderful experience and his famous marinated ceviche was to die for. Captain David was a great captain and balanced our time at the various different locations perfectly. Can’t wait to go again and extend our stay. Perfect experience on the water.

We had an awesome time with Captain David. Please note that this was a 4-5 hour trip which was great. We were able to customize the trip, which you can too. We went to Stingray City and all held the stingrays. David held the stingray with care and was extremely gentle with it. The water was so clear, and there were alot of stingrays. We then went to a snorkeling spot that David knew of where we saw a ton of fish…it was like an aquarium. David made the most delicious fresh conch cerviche. He dove for the conch, showed us how to remove the meat and then made this gourmet cerviche. We also had delicious fresh fruit and his special lemongrass tea. All very delicious. Would highly recommend this activity.

This was a great service and wonderful way to experience stingray city and swim at coral gardens. We had a great family trip! Our captain was very friendly, punctual, and informative. He provided snorkel gear and nonalcoholic beverages as well as his lovely marinated conch. We loved our trip and highly recommend this trip.

We’re a group of ladies in our 20s visiting Cayman Islands for the first time and at hotel, someone mentioned to book with Captain David to experience true authenticity and boy where they correct. Captain David made us feel 100% safe (very important for a group of women in a new area!). I should also mention that I typically get motion sickness and I was completely fine – such a smooth ride! We had THE BEST day with Starliner Dream Tours Private Boat Charter. The captain was highly knowledgeable and took us to the most beautiful snorkelling location, Coral Gardens. We even got to feed the stingrays! Another highlight was Captain David’s marinated conch. Awesome. I would recommend his charter to anyone visiting the Cayman Islands –; a must do!

Coral Gardens – Snorkeling

This was the most amazing day ever on the waters of the Cayman Islands. From the moment Captain David greeted us at the marina entrance we knew it was going to be a good day. But didn’t realize HOW good it was going to be. Great getaway from our getaway on the cruise ship. Excellent snorkeling along the reef, swimming with the stingrays (are you kidding!!!), the most amazing, marinated conch ceviche, and time for relaxing. On top of that, the service provided was above and beyond. For my wife and I and our three kids (16, 13, & 11) Captain David gave us memories to last a lifetime. We have done multiple day charters from Cabo, to Hawaii, PVR Mexico and this day by far topped anything we have experienced. Captain David nailed it! We wish you the best moving forward and hope our paths cross again someday down the road.

The One hour stop at Stingray City and the One and half hour at Starfish Point beach was excellent, the conch ceviche was delicious, and the boat ride–complete with feeding the stingrays–was comfortable and interesting. This is the perfect full day excursion out on Starliner Dream Tours private boat with Captain David. of Nassau. We were worried about the length of tour but our tour guide made it fun, effortless and well worth waking up early for. The lunch was the best food we had on our trip.
